Entertainment Use
SnickerPix creates AI-edited images for entertainment. Results may look realistic, but they are fictional and should not be presented as real events, evidence, news, identity documents, medical information, or emergency situations.
Your Content
You are responsible for the photos, prompts, and other content you upload. Only upload images you have the right to use. You keep any rights you already have in your content, but you give SnickerPix the permission needed to process it, generate results, store history, and operate the app.
Rules
Do not use SnickerPix to:
- Impersonate, harass, mislead, defame, exploit, or harm another person.
- Create or share non-consensual intimate, sexual, or exploitative content.
- Create fake evidence, official records, identity documents, medical claims, emergency alerts, or news.
- Violate someone else's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- Break the law, evade platform rules, or interfere with the app or backend services.
AI Results
AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect. SnickerPix does not guarantee that a generated image will match your prompt, look realistic, or be suitable for a specific purpose. Review results before sharing them.
Subscriptions and Credits
SnickerPix may offer subscriptions, trials, and credits through the App Store. App Store purchases are billed by Apple and managed through your Apple account. Credits are for in-app use only, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be changed as the service evolves.
The weekly Pro plan currently grants credits for AI edits. Trial credits may differ from paid subscription credits. You can cancel or manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Account and Access
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account or request violates these terms, creates risk, or abuses the service.
Disclaimers
SnickerPix is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Changes
We may update these terms as SnickerPix changes. The effective date above will show when the terms were last updated.
