Privacy Policy

SnickerPix creates AI-edited images for entertainment. This policy explains what information the app uses, why it is needed, and how to get help.

Information We Use

SnickerPix may process the following information when you use the app:

  • Photos, prompts, selected templates, and related generation settings you provide so the app can create edited images.
  • Generated images and generation history so you can view recent results inside the app.
  • Account information, such as your sign-in identifier and Firebase user ID, when you create or use an account.
  • Purchase and subscription status, credit balances, and entitlement information needed to provide paid features and restore purchases.
  • App usage events, such as app opens, selected tools, generation status, paywall and restore actions, save/share actions, and similar product interactions used to understand and improve the app.
  • Basic app, device, and request information used to operate, protect, debug, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

  • To create AI-edited images from the photos and prompts you submit.
  • To keep account, subscription, credit, and generation history in sync.
  • To understand product usage, feature reliability, and where users may need a smoother flow.
  • To prevent abuse, investigate errors, and keep the app reliable.
  • To respond to support requests and enforce the app rules.

SnickerPix does not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded photos to create official documents, evidence, news, medical information, or emergency reports.

Service Providers

SnickerPix uses third-party providers to run the app, including Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, backend services, storage, AI image generation, and app analytics; RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management; and Apple for App Store purchases. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to SnickerPix.

Analytics and Tracking

SnickerPix uses Firebase Analytics to understand high-level product usage and reliability. Product analytics do not include uploaded photos, generated images, full prompts, emails, or payment details. The iOS app is configured without IDFA advertising identifier support, does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, and does not use collected data to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.

Photos and Generated Images

You should only upload images you have the right to use. Uploaded photos are sent to SnickerPix's backend and AI providers to generate the requested edit. Generated images may be stored so the app can show your history, recover results, and support your account.

Your Choices

  • You can manage camera and photo library permissions in your device settings.
  • You can restore or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
  • You can request help with account, history, or deletion questions through the support page.

Children

SnickerPix is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the app if you are not old enough to consent to this policy in your region.

Changes

We may update this policy as SnickerPix changes. The effective date above will show when the policy was last updated.
